  • Valid complaint but the woman is totally stupid, claiming she didn't know. Quite clear in the contract of carriage. I sympathize with anyone who sues an airline but she should sue her attorney for malpractice -- he should have told her she doesn't have a case.

  • Explains a lot about why I don't fly certain airlines anymore. Tired of being treated like a child. Maybe if employees demanded passengers be treated with a little respect instead of auctioning off benefits to the highest bidder. No sympathy. None

  • Strange, as a premier, I found United just kept pissing on me. So I stopped flying them, and sent a letter telling em why. I got a reply from some low level person, so I figured out United really was not interested in repeat business. I use my Lufthansa Miles and More for my flights to Vienna.
